Getting started with your Crateworks portal
What the portal does, how to sign in, and the four areas you will use.
The Crateworks portal is where you plan a build and get it priced. You start a project, browse the catalog, save the products you like, and receive a quote with the certification and performance figures documented. Crateworks sources every product through our own supply network, so you deal with one company from selection to delivery.
Signing in
You sign in with a Google account. Each company gets its own private workspace, so your projects, selections, and quotes are only visible to your team.
The four areas
- Projects: one project per build. Add rooms, add products, and see the full finish schedule in one place.
- Catalog: browse everything Crateworks can source, by category or by search.
- Favorites: a quick personal shortlist of products you want to remember.
- Selections: named boards you organize by room, project, or client, and turn into a quote request.
